How the school works

Our school policies

Clear and in writing, as they should be. If anything is unclear, the office and the faculty are here to help.

01

The registration fee and monthly payments are non-refundable for any reason, unless a class is cancelled for good.

02

If a student withdraws, the office must be told 15 days in advance; otherwise the corresponding month's fee remains due.

03

The school follows the same public holidays and days off as mainstream schools.

04

Taking part in the end-of-year festival is optional for all students.

05

For class or schedule changes, or withdrawals: please tell the faculty and the office.

06

Missed classes cannot be made up on Saturdays.

07

The school reserves the right to cancel a class if there is no minimum number of students.

08

The school cannot be held responsible for lost belongings.

09

All students must come with their hair tied back (jazz) and in a bun (ballet).

10

Wearing the school uniform is compulsory in classical ballet classes.

11

Optional catch-up: ask the teacher; if possible and if the student wishes, the class can be made up within the same month. Catch-up classes cannot be accumulated, and public holidays and the days off proposed by the city council (Girona City Council) cannot be made up.
